Legendary Singer, Majek Fashek Dies From An Undisclosed Illness
Nigerian legendary singer, Majekodunmi Fasheke, popularly called Majek Fashek is dead.
The “Send Down the Rain” crooner died yesterday in an hospital in New with an undisclosed cause. This was confirm by his manager Omenka Uzoma.
Majek Fashek who was best known for the 1988 album Prisoner of Conscience, which included the multiple award-winning single “Send Down the Rain”, was rumoured to be dead around September 2019 which was later quelled by his manager had some health challenges in his last days due to drug addiction.
‘The Rain Maker’ has fondly called worked with various artists worldwide, including Tracy Chapman, Jimmy Cliff, Michael Jackson, Snoop Dogg and Beyoncé.
